You acknowledge and agree:

AI outputs may contain errors

AI outputs require human review

You are solely responsible for how you use the information

AI tools are provided “as-is” with no guarantees

7. Community Behavior (“Code of Conduct”)

Members agree to:

No harassment

No discrimination

No spam or self-promotion unless allowed

No unethical real estate practices

Maintain confidentiality of shared discussions

Violation may result in account removal.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are offered “as-is” without warranties.
We do not guarantee specific business results, income, or outcomes.

Real estate, marketing, and AI recommendations are educational only—not legal, financial, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability
